Position Duties: Imagine getting paid to play with babies! Mat-Su Services for Children and Adults, Inc. (MSSCA) has an opening for a full or part time Infant Learning Teacher. MSSCA is a nonprofit agency in the MatSu valley that provides support for individuals who experience developmental disabilities.
The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with children and their family to provide assessments and early intervention services; and to develop strategies to assist in fostering growth and development of children birth through age two. The ILP Teacher will provide a program specifically designed for the child and family in the comfort of their own home.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidate must have a Bachelor’s degree in Special Education, Early Childhood Education, Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy or Speech/Language Therapy and at least one year experience providing parent training, developmental assessment and educational planning for children birth to age 5.
