Position Duties: This position provides case management services, direct and indirect support, guidance, companionship and trainings to individuals experiencing psychiatric and/or developmental disabilities in a variety of community and home settings. Essential duties & responsibilities: Participate and follow the goals of individual treatment plans; provide service coordination for persons supported by the team; provide timely documentation of all treatment, programmatic and billing procedures; provide crisis support to persons served and their family/care providers; ensure communication between team members to effectively address client needs and issues; provide training as requested on daily living, coping, social and socio-sexual skills; provide basic safety, supervision and monitoring of individuals served; participate in planning, treatment, team and staff meetings as requested, etc.

Minimum Qualifications: Min. Requirements: High School Diploma or GED and 2 yrs. experience working with people with developmental disabilities and/or mental illnesses. Related education/training may be substituted for experience. Must possess and maintain a current AK Driver\\\'s License and insured vehicle. Must be able to pass a criminal background check under state regulations.
